Poster Presentations

Posters at the WFPICCS 2024 congress will be presented as physical posters on poster boards with a short oral presentation by the poster.

Authors will have an opportunity to present their work in poster round sessions. Each poster round session will consist of groups of approximately 25 posters led by a moderator. Each presenter will have 1-2 minutes to highlight the main points of his/hers poster.

The poster round sessions are scheduled from for:

• Monday, June 3, 2024 at 09:50 – 10:20
• Monday, June 3, 2024 at 12:40 – 13:40
• Monday, June 3, 2024 at 15:10 – 15:30
• Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 09:50 – 10:20
• Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 12:40 – 13:40
• Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 15:10 – 15:30

Poster Presentation Guidelines

• Posters should be prepared in PORTRAIT A0 format: 1189 mm (46.8 inches) height and 841 mm (33.1 inches) width.
• All materials necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board are available at the posters’ help desk in the respective poster area.
• Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters.
• The poster title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top of the poster.
• Please ensure your poster is easily readable from 2-meter distance.
• All posters must be written entirely in English.
• Posters should be displayed during the assigned days and times.
• All poster presenters are expected to be present at their poster when the poster round group they are assing to arrives there.
