WFPICCS is dedicated to fostering an inclusive platform that represents all health professionals working in pediatric intensive care units (PICUs), with a strong commitment to amplifying the nursing voice globally. To ensure balanced representation, WFPICCS has structured its core committees to include physician, nursing, and allied health professional (AHP) co-chairs, ensuring that each profession is actively involved in guiding the organization’s work.

The committee focuses on addressing key challenges and opportunities faced by pediatric critical care nurses, promoting best practices, and supporting education and research initiatives.
