Lisa Little is 1st Vice President of the International Council of Nurses (ICN) in her 2nd term on the Board and represents North America and the Caribbean for the America’s region. Lisa has spent more than 20 years influencing global, national and provincial/territorial health policy, with a particular focus on health human resources (HHR). She is known for her contributions to the advancement of HHR in Canada and globally, through her decade of leadership at the Canadian Nurses Association, as an independent consultant, and with ICN. In 2020, Lisa was inducted into the Canadian Academy of Nursing as one of the inaugural Fellows.

Lisa is also past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Winchester District Memorial Hospital and for Dundas Manor, a not-for-profit long-term care facility.
