Lillian Su, MD is the Medical Director of the CVICU at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. She serves as one of 3 exec producers of the pcics podcast and past co-chair of the Education Committee. She has served as a reviewer and contributor for multiple PCICS educational projects including the PCICS Nurse Curriculum and the APP simulation scenarios and served as a Board member. Her main academic focus is studying human behavior in cardiac arrest to optimize team performance and has worked with psychologists and organizational behaviorists to advance this specific science of teamwork.
