He is a nurse working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of a university hospital, providing care for a wide range of critically ill children, excluding transplantation cases. He holds a specialization in intensive care nursing, with professional experience in both Norway and Sweden.

After beginning his career in the Netherlands, he worked for seven years in Norway across both general ICU and coronary care units (CCU). For the past 20 years, he has been based in Sweden, working in PICU.

He has a strong commitment to education and professional development, with a particular focus on pain management and sedation in nursing practice.
