Caroline McIntire received her Master’s Degree from Baker University, USA. She served at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri for 15 years as a Certified Child Life Specialist in clinical care, as Internship Coordinator, and Education and Resource Manager. She taught as an adjunct Professor of Child Life at Missouri State University.

Caroline is a relational leader dedicated to partnering with staff to motivate and champion their wellbeing and the achievement of their goals. Caroline has volunteered in several international pediatric settings in support of psychosocial program development and emotional safety initiatives for patients and families.

She is currently Manager of Child Life Services and has been with Sidra Medicine since 2017.
